Model Making: Week 2

This week in Model Making we created a door within a frame with working hinges using the method of printing to-scale elements and layering them.

I struggled with the cutting element of this, particularly as the mount board had a tendency to fray at its edges. Using a scalpel to cut thin elements is something I want to improve at for future scale model work.

My strength was being able to fit the door correctly within the frame, which was difficult due to the accuracy of cut needed for this.
