In week 3 we learned extrusion and how to use the freehand + follow-me tools.

We began by extruding cylinders using the line tool

We then moved on to extruding using the 2-point arc tool

Alongside learning how to rotate objects perpendicular to the green axis in order to create equal ends

Following this, I experimented with extruding a more experimental series of shapes, including splitting circles into multiple smaller geometric forms that would follow the same pattern

35 + [enter] removes FOV effects, which we explored below when photographing the progressed 'follow me' tool work.

Using the paint bucket, I was able to modify the textures of individual shapes within this path

win > modelling info > units > decimal to change measurement units

move, ctrl to duplicate (should come up with a plus) was used to duplicate 5 cubes, used for experimenting with the 'follow me' tool and the freehand pen tool

To create these effects, I clicked the top-end face to select the path to follow (then pressed Follow Me).

I then created a goblet and a cone of light, the latter of which helped me understand opacity and sectional moving.

Finally, a dome was created using the two-point axis tool and its polygonal count was increased to negate any clipping. This was also textured.
